Presently in Built Environment Services programme, we have 2 courses on offer, and each of the course has 1 qualification namely:

A. Energy course has 1 qualification i.e. Energy Assessment
B. Environmental Services course has 1 qualification i.e. Installation Service and Maintenance of Environmental Technology Systems

But in the immediate future after the commencement of programmes, Built Environment Services will be delineated into 3 courses and these courses will have 10 qualifications in total as shown below:

I. Cleaning Services
This course will have 5 qualifications, namely:

1. Cleaning and Support Services Skills
2. Cleaning Principles
3. Facilities Services
4. Introduction to the Facilities Industry
5. Practical Cleaning Skills (Awards)
   
   

II. Energy
This course will have 1 qualification, namely:

1. Energy Assessment

III. Environmental Services
This course will have 4 qualifications, namely:

1. Sustainable Waste Management
2. Principles of Sustainable Resource Management
3. Health and Safety in the Workplace
4. Installation, Service and Maintenance of Environmental Technology Systems
