The Full Scholarship Promise
To remove financial barriers, Entry Level 2 Diploma and Level 3 Advanced Diploma students receive full scholarships covering:
- Free tuition

We prioritize orphans, young women, vulnerable youths, and students from low-income households.
How We Train
Learn-by-Doing
Training is 50% hands-on and 50% theory. Every class ends with a product, a repair, or a prototype.
Real Projects
Students engage in community-based projects such as solar installations, equipment repairs, and school rewiring, building strong portfolios before graduation.
Industry Mentorship
Engineers, technicians, hospitality professionals, beauty therapists, and entrepreneurs teach alongside our faculty.
Soft Skills that Matter
Students learn Health & Safety, digital literacy, customer service, teamwork, quality control, and basic bookkeeping.
Training Duration
All programmes run for one year, consisting of:
- 6 months of intensive on-campus training
- 3 months of industrial attachment
The Outcomes We Are Building
- 80%+ job or enterprise placement within six months of graduation
- At least 40% women enrollment
- Completion of community service projects yearly

Mr. Osaze Elijah – Founder
He established TCVI to provide top-quality vocational education free of financial obstacles. He remains hands-on in workshops, safety audits, and student mentoring.
Mrs. Hail Elijah – Co-Founder
A certified Beauty Therapist and Assessor, she champions inclusion, especially for young women, single mothers, and vulnerable youths. She mentors students and promotes personal growth, entrepreneurship, and confidence.
