MR. OSAZE ELIJAH - FOUNDER

I am Mr. Osaze Elijah, founder of The Cross Vocational Institute. My work with young people across Nigeria has shown me one thing clearly: talent is abundant, but structured opportunity is rare. Many youths can already wire a room, repair engines, sew, build prototypes, or solve technical problems—but lack the formal training, standards, and confidence to turn these abilities into successful careers.

This institute was created to bridge that gap. Our goal is simple: to transform natural talent into skilled, competent, market-ready professionals through practical, industry-aligned vocational training. We combine hands-on learning, real community projects, and guidance from practicing professionals to ensure every student can work confidently at home and abroad.

I am personally committed to leading from the front—being present in the workshops, ensuring safety and quality, reviewing our training methods, and supporting our trainees as they build skills that can sustain them for life.

MRS. HAIL ELIJAH - CO-FOUNDER

I am Mrs. Hail Elijah, co-founder of The Cross Vocational Institute. This vision was born from years of seeing determined young men and women held back—not by lack of ability, but by lack of structured, high-quality vocational training. As someone who also started with limited opportunities, I understand how powerful skill, confidence, and proper guidance can be in changing a life.

At our institute, we create a supportive environment where students learn with dignity, grow in competence, and develop the confidence to pursue meaningful careers. We place special focus on excellence, inclusion, mentorship, personal development, and real practical training that prepares students for leadership, entrepreneurship, and employment.
